Chelsea Matthews

Chelsea grew up in in Pennsylvania and moved to Burlington, Wisconsin in 2017 from San Diego, California.  She lives in Lake Geneva with her husband, James, two children and two German shorthaired pointers.

Chelsea attended Pennsylvania State University and shortly thereafter began her career in marketing and advertising.  Chelsea joined the FORM Wealth team in April of 2022. As Brand Manager, she strives to maintain brand awareness while also creating deep connections with each and every client she interacts with. 

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys traveling, having travelled to over 40 countries.  On the weekends, she can be found hosting weddings at her family’s farm, antiquing and walking the lakeshore path.
