Kevin Paluch was born and raised in Niles, IL until attending San Diego State University to pursue his passion of becoming a PGA Golf Professional. He met his wife of 34 years Melanie in San Diego and they have a daughter Jordan who is studying to become a Doctor of Osteopath in West Virginia.
Kevin is an experienced multi-property operations and acquisition manager with 40 years of experience where he excelled in enhancing customer service and exceeding employee satisfaction. His true passion and life’s accomplishment is being involved in the local community. He was the founder of the Geneva National Foundation serving those residents of the county with special needs, serving on the board of CWI (children world impact), serving on the Walworth County Economic Development Alliance Board, and men’s ministry team at the local church.
As COO, Kevin ensures the FORM Belief and Values are implemented throughout the organization with the final purpose of “Creating A Better Life” for our clients and associates.
